It's a culmination of everything I learned from 5+ years of minimalistic training myself as well as making minimalistic training programs for my clients.

Program requirements:
-Your body
-Your will to push yourself
-A pull up bar
-1 dumbbell or kettlebell (having a pair of DBs/KBs is not necessary but can make your workouts even shorter)
