"Beginner Bodyweight Blast" is a simple, 3-day-per-week training program designed around building strength and muscle with 3 basic bodyweight movements: squats, pull-ups, and push-ups.

 

Why I created this program:

If you want to build strength and muscle and you are not limited by a physical disability, you have no business going to the gym or using any kind of home training equipment until you've spent a couple of months doing reps and reps and reps of squats, pull-ups, and push-ups. That's why I created this program.

 

Who is this program for:

-It is for those looking to start doing their first bodyweight reps and want to have a clear and easy-to-follow structure.

-It is for those who have already started doing their first reps and have a plan that will help them progress over time and be able to track that progress.

-It is for those who are getting back to training after a longer break and are looking to regain their strength on the 3 fundamental movements.

 

This is not the most fun training program out there. That's because it was designed for those who still have to put in some reps before really having fun training. But it's as effective as it can be.

The sole purpose of this program is to get you to be able to do more reps on squats, pull-ups, and push-ups. Because that's what you need at this point in your training journey.
